The internal walls are continuing to be boarded in Block 1 and we have attached a photograph showing inside one of the plots. The pink board you can view on the ceiling is a specific fire board and the internal walls are all double boarded before we commence any internal services.

The second photograph shows the inside of the second block with the safety lighting and fire point installed. Each floor of the building have a sounder and alarm point together with extinguishers and fire plans.

 

 

Block 2 timber frame is now fully installed with the next phase of works being to install all vapour barriers and fire barriers to the frame. Block 2 is continuing internally with acoustic floors and plasterboard being installed. We have agreed parking facilities with a neighbour so are trying to keep the roads as clear as possible of parked vehicles during the day. Thank you for your continued patience.

We have started internal works on Block 1 and the photographs show the internal walls being insulated and then the first 2 layers of plasterboard being fitted. Up at roof level we have rendered the vertical panels and are continuing with the roof covering. By the end of next week we will have Block 2 superstructure complete.

 

 

 

 

The installation of the roof covering is ongoing on Block 1 and the soffits/fascia have been fitted. The reconstituted stone walling in now underway with the photograph showing the installed cavity tray. Block 2 is under construction with the timber frame wall panels & floor cassettes being fitted.
